2008 Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting
of the Old Andreans Association;

The following matters will constitute the agenda for the meeting:

  1. Certification of attendance
  2. Apologies
  3. Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting
  4. Business arising from previous Minutes
  5. Presentation of President’s Report
  6. Presentation of Treasurer’s Report
  7. Election of office bearers
  8. General Business

Documents have been placed on the OAA website (www.oaa.com.au) for viewing
including the President’s Report, Treasurer’s Report and the Annual Report as
required. Members are reminded that in order to vote either in person or by proxy,
they must satisfy the requirements as set out in Part 2 of the Constitution of the OAA,
which can also be viewed on the website. Members who are unable to attend yet
still wish to vote may do so by completing the attached proxy form and send it to:

Proxy forms may be given to the Secretary no later than 1 hour before the
scheduled start of the meeting. Nomination for a position on the Council may
be made by completing the attached nomination form (also available on the
website) and sending it to the above address by no later than close of business
Monday 20 October 2008. All inquiries should be directed to the Secretary,

Light refreshments will be served following the meeting.
